So where was I...?

OH YES... that's right... we're in 2007 now. In my 2 year hiatus from blogging (on THIS forum anyway), I have:

• had another baby
• lost--and gained (and hopefully will lose again)--lots of weight
• survived a round of layoffs at work
• made new friends
• reconnected with some older ones
• toyed with the idea of moving out of state
• realized that I hang my hat here
• had an epiphany that my job is no longer fulfilling to me
• schemed ways to create a sustainable writing career that does not involve working for The Man (more on this later, to be sure)
• grown more than my fair share of grey hair
• received an invitation to my 20 year high school reunion (20 YEARS?!?!)
